Fees & Payment:

My rate for individual counseling is $150-$200 per session. Sessions are typically 50-55 minutes. All fees are due at the time of service. Accepted forms of payment include debit, credit, Health Savings Account (HSA), or Flex Spending Account (FSA). Cards will be added to my secure client portal and will be charged the day of your session.

Information about the No Surprises Act and your right to a Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

Availability:

My client hours are Tuesdays-Thursdays from 10am-6pm. I also often work on Fridays as an admin day, and can be reached then.

Insurance:

For both Washington and Oregon clients, I am in-network with First Choice Health Network. In Washington, I am also in-network with Premera Blue Cross and Lifewise. In Oregon, I am also in-network with PacificSource (Navigator & Voyager plans) and Moda starting 9/15/24.

I am out-of-network with all other insurance plans. Depending on your insurance, your coverage may include out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance company to gain more information about your plan. If you do have out-of-network benefits, you will be charged my cash rate at the time of the appointment, then provided a monthly “superbill” (a statement that includes diagnosis and basic session information required for billing) that can be submitted to your insurance.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to keep an appointment, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required or you will be charged a $100 late cancel/no show fee. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to hold your session time exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
